Start-up founders and MBA students often encounter many sources of stress, anxiety, and burnout due to the workloads and expectations of others. And because of that, we would sometimes find ourselves fumbling with tight schedules and deadlines – resulting in stress and negative emotions both for ourselves and those around us.
That said, our meditation coach Michael Teh conducted a 1-hour mindfulness and meditation workshop for the BioDesign Founders and MBA from Melbourne Business School at The University of Melbourne recently. The session aimed to provide an introductory experience of guided meditation and to help the participants achieve stillness of mind and inner peace.
