8. Aloe Vera
One of the wonderful plants that Mother Nature has given us is the Aloe Vera plant.
Its extract has a variety of healing properties, many of which are contained in the body care products we use regularly.
Although aloe vera plants should generally be avoided in home interiors, it is perfectly acceptable to have them in a meditation room.
They are able to not only survive but thrive in the harshest of environments.
Thus, it is not surprising that the desert is their natural habitat.
They are also considered one of the plants that are able to effectively purify the air around them.
It is said that aloe vera plants provide more security in a room. You need them to protect your sacred space from harmful energies.
9. Sandalwood
Sandalwood is said to have the power to eliminate distractions from the mind, making it easier for a person to develop a greater sense of self-awareness while they are engaged in the practise of meditation, which is why those who take their practise of meditation more seriously swear by its effectiveness.
It has a very high vibration, which makes it possible to correctly align one’s chakras in order to achieve the highest level of spiritual awareness.
10. Vetiver
Since most gardeners react negatively to it, vetiver is usually used only in the form of essential oils.
However, the vetiver plant is associated with the psychological healing of people who have been through traumatic experiences. This is achieved through vetiver’s ability to ground and strengthen the flow of vital energy in the body.
Someone could claim that they have not had any traumatic experiences.
However, this is only an assertion of consciousness. Also, there may be traumatic memories buried deep in the subconscious.
