Peace, Calm, & Deeply Loved
In all my meditation sessions with Michael, I have always felt peace and calm. In one session, I distinctively felt the presence of God. The energy was expansive and infinite, felt within the openings of my heart. In that moment, I felt deeply loved.
I could sit and meditate for an hour, just basking in the presence of this energy. It was truly something special. So, to my husband, Michael, thank you for waking up the universe in me. I am eternally grateful to have you in my life.
Love, Light, Care, and Calm
Love, light, care, and calm, these are the magic words that Michael instilled in us ever since he embarks on his journey and mission to enlighten one’s inner and true self. I noticed significant changes in him all for the better, his character, attitude , approach, and patience. As his mum, I am so proud and shall give him all my sincere support and blessings in his endeavour and his calling to help heal Mother Earth.
More Focused and Happier
Those quiet moments attending Michael’s guided meditation began to influence my daily life with a feeling of deeper, physical, and mental rests. Clearing my mind and getting a peaceful feeling makes me a calmer, more focused and happier person.
I noticed similar progression in Michael as he embarks on his journey. Anyone can meditate not just spiritual people and it adds more time with control over the mind and benefits are not just stress reduction but much more like improve physical health and being a more productive person.

I was introduced to meditation practices thanks to my brother and since then I have been noticing a beautiful transformation of myself, particularly in terms of managing my own emotional well-being. I can handle stress and life mishaps much better than I had before.

Reality vs Spirituality
I have known Michael for more than 20 years, his recent transformation was tremendously surprising to who he has become today – a much happier man, maintaining his usual sense of practicality while making spirituality easy-to-understand and applicable into our daily lives.
We are fighting an internal war every day, reality vs spirituality. Michael has guided me through the understanding of duality in life as well as meditation, that without its balance our life will not be fulfilled and happy.
I’m grateful he planted a beautiful seed into my life journey in Jan 2019, since then miracles, outstanding achievements have been made.
The Healing Was Rapid & Effective
Sometime in Jan, I hurt my back and could hardly walk hence home bound. I could not bend down nor get into the car.
So, I informed Michael and he dropped by and did half an hour of energy healing for me. His focus was to improve the mood and emotions followed by general healing. I could feel the energy bringing joy and happiness initially. Then the second channel brought intense energy that charged up my body and loosen the stiff and painful areas.
One hour later I could walk effortlessly and got into my car for a drive. A few hours later during the night I could sit cross legged and did my meditation . The healing was rapid and effective. The next day I realized while walking in a shopping area, I had better stamina and my body is lighter. The healing session was good and inspiring.
Prior to joining Michael’s guided meditations, I personally have never meditated before. It is a whole new experience to me. He has made it simple and clear for us to understand. I’ve learned about inner peace and mindfulness from his sessions and would feel the sense of clarity.
Being friends for more than a decade, our friendship goes way back when we were still in university. It is very remarkable and amazing how much wisdom he gained. I would feel enlightened every time after talking to him.
His meditation would do away with religions and more towards self-realisation and to seek the truth about living, which I feel it is great.
Authentic, Thoughtful & Caring
Michael and I met over a meditation retreat sometime in May 2020 and we bonded well. Michael has always been authentic, thoughtful and caring. He is generous in sharing his experience and knowledge in meditation and spiritual lessons, and these helped me find my footing during uncertain and challenging times. I participated in his meditation sessions a few times, and I am always thankful for his love, sharing, guidance and wisdom.

Intense love and Compassion
I arranged a healing session with Michael as my husband was then recovering from a major surgery.
During the 30-minute session, I sat next to my husband while observing Michael where he started the process by calming our minds.
Truly enough, there was a sense of calmness and serenity that encapsulate love and affection which drew from positive energy drawn from the mind to help with the healing.
At the time, there was a focus on family relationship: living harmoniously together with love, affection, and unity.
Through Michael’s voice and his hands laying on both of our shoulders, I felt an intense feeling of love and compassion where I then started to tear.
I could see that my family moving together as a “big force” harnessing the inner energies in unison. I felt touch and blessed. It was truly an amazing experience. 🙏
Calm and Clearer Mind
I had a few sessions of guided meditation with Michael and they were wonderful, particularly in terms of finding peace and be able to relax and quiet down my mind after a long day of stressful work.
In addition, I am also constantly reminded to always be grateful and practice kindness in life. Michael has taught me the importance of chanting positive affirmations. I have been practicing it daily and it really helps to neutralise my negative perceptions towards life. By having a calm and clearer mind, I am able to stay mindful and handle challenges better than before.
All in all, I am grateful to pick up meditation and I want to thank Michael for all his spiritual teaching.
